Join founder Matt Johns for some distilled knowledge on the whisky trade and the story of their Waikato operation, which includes New Zealand's only cooperage. Johns will take us on a guided tasting of whiskies from their Core, Exploration and Single Cask lines, all paired with Tonic's tasty tapas.

Using only local ingredients, and unburdened by any expectations other than their own, Pōkeno's small team of passionate distillers craft bold, creative single malts that capture the pure spirit of Aotearoa New Zealand.
